01 Do we need a host or instructor?
No. The system is designed for self-run games. The case includes a short guide, and the PWA checks the equipment and walks you through launch.
02 What age is laser tag suitable for?
Most players are comfortable from age 10. Children’s groups need a responsible adult who chooses a safe area and supervises the rules.
03 Is laser tag safe for the eyes?
The equipment uses a low-power infrared signal similar to a household remote. It fires no projectiles and does not require protective glasses.
04 Where can we play?
Private land, a sports field, a forest clearing or a spacious indoor venue with the owner’s permission. Avoid roads, construction, water and busy public routes.
05 Can the kit be used in rain?
Light moisture is acceptable only for protected models, while heavy rain or snow can damage electronics. We always confirm weather conditions before collection.
06 Do we need internet at the location?
The app stores the core interface on your phone for setup and play. Internet is needed for the first load, syncing statistics and contacting support.
07 What if we return the kit late?
We agree extension terms and any extra charge by message. Let us know in advance; we can approve an extension when it does not affect the next booking.
08 Can we change the player count?
Yes, before the order is prepared. Tell us as early as possible; standard kits serve 6 to 50 players.
09 How long do the batteries last?
We charge and test every kit for the booked duration. Longer rentals receive the appropriate spare power configuration.
10 Can you deliver the kit?
Delivery options and cost depend on the address and time. Add the location to your request and we will offer collection or any available delivery option.
